Trusts, foundations and grant-giving bodies

Magic Me is very grateful to all the trusts, foundations, and grant-giving bodies who back our mission – whether that’s with one-off project grants or multi-year strategic funding.

Invest in intergenerational arts for social impact

We invite partners to explore how our proven intergenerational arts programme can help achieve your specific philanthropic priorities. Your support makes our work possible. We seek partners who prioritise:

  • Creative health and wellbeing
  • Social cohesion
  • Ageism reduction
  • Intergenerational connection for younger and older people
  • Reducing social isolation (particularly in older people and those with dementia)
  • Placemaking
  • Creating joy!

We work at depth across London (especially Tower Hamlets) and Essex. For a detailed impact report, download our latest annual report.

Cultivating community cohesion, combating loneliness, and improving mental wellbeing

Beyond core cost funding to support our operational resilience, evaluation capacity and strategic leadership, we are seeking investment in the following areas:

  • Investment is needed in Spark, our care homes training programme, to fund artists to train care home staff in arts-based engagement.
  • Our community projects for young and older people in Tower Hamlets need funds for artist fees, materials and participant travel costs, ensuring accessibility for low-income residents.
  • Innovative pilots: New creative projects like our intergenerational LGBTQ+ project and a women’s filmmaking initiative.
