Magic Me is a lean organisation with a small core team and a pool of freelance project artists. This way of working means we can be flexible to changing needs and requests for different kinds of projects.

Current core people are the Director, Programme Director, Development & Volunteer Manager, General Manager, Associate Artist, and Programme Assistant.

Our pool of 20 freelance artists, design and lead intergenerational arts activities and projects. Drawn from a range of different backgrounds and disciplines across the performing, visual, literary and media arts, they are also skilled and experienced in working with community groups.

Our trustees are actively involved in Magic Me’s activities, attending regular board meetings and getting involved individually according to their expertise, offering support to Magic Me staff and participants.

We work with both long and short term volunteers and get a broad range of support. From project work to office admin and specialist expertise, volunteers actively contribute to the Magic Me programme throughout the year.

Magic Me believes in growth and learning and encourages staff, artists, volunteers and trustees to take training opportunities that will refine their skills and contribute to the advancement and smooth running of the organisation.
