Over 35 years of expertise in arts, ageing, care and community

Since 1989, Magic Me has pioneered intergenerational arts practices. We have spent over three decades developing high-quality arts initiatives for people living and working in care settings and diverse community spaces.

Commissioning an intergenerational arts project

Are you a care professional or provider, or an educator in a school, college or community? Perhaps you work for a housing association, local government, a cultural organisation or a university. Commission Magic Me for a unique co-created project to explore what matters to your community. We share our deep expertise with a wide range of social and cultural partners to deliver commissioned and contracted projects at all scales.

Recent commissions include working with Public Health Tower Hamlets on a borough-wide volunteering project in six care homes, and Jewish Care on a portrait project for a new care setting in north London.

Access training and mentoring for intergenerational creativity

Do you want to develop the skills and understanding to run meaningful intergenerational arts projects? Magic Me provides training to a range of organisations supporting others, focusing on:

  • Intergenerational arts practice
  • Working with older people living independently or in care settings
  • Exploring the arts through an anti-ageist lens
