Louisa has enjoyed a career in a large corporate organisation for nearly 20 years and founded BAME to Boardroom in order to follow her passion for working with businesses to develop Black, Asian and minority ethnic talent into leadership roles; building individual confidence, and focusing on high performing diverse teams.
