Our second instalment of The View From Here is designed by artists Polly Beestone and Mia Harris.

The second instalment invited participants to create a character which represents a different generation.

Looking out, looking in…

Participants accessing the activities by post have been sent a blank felt character created by the artists. These characters have a pipe cleaner inside allowing participants to manipulate their characters into different positions.
Alongside their character participants have received an activity pack, with activities to bring their character to life, help them think about ways we care for one another and create an adventure in their home.

Digital versions of the second instalment have been created for pupils accessing activities through online learning platforms with instructions on how to create a newspaper character.
