Yaa joined Magic Me in October 2021. She has over four years’ experience in project management and extensive experience of working in the public and third sector. Yaa is passionate about creating and developing communities in addition to equity, diversity and inclusion; she has proactively worked on initiatives which facilitate and realise work in these areas throughout her career. While working at Southwark Council she co-founded and chaired the EMpower Network from 2018-2019. She has been a volunteer with TEDx Tottenham since 2014 and was part of the GirlDreamer Advisory Board from 2020-2021.
What is your favourite art form? Fiction. There is something incredibly thrilling about a brilliant and captivating piece of storytelling that completely immerses you in the world of the narrator(s).
