Louisa has enjoyed a career in a large corporate organisation for 17 years and has founded BAME to Boardroom in order to follow her passion for working with businesses to develop Black, Asian and minority ethnic talent into leadership roles; building confidence, focused high performing, and diverse teams. This is delivered through Race At Work and Inclusive Leadership, coaching and mentoring programmes, which in turn impact organisational culture.

Louisa has International Authority for Professional Coach and Mentoring (IAPC&M) accreditation. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and is a CIPD Mentor. Louisa is a member of the British Psychological Society and an accredited assessor of Personality and Ability and a certificated Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner.

Louisa believes Magic Me is connecting people generations apart in age but who are connected in other ways, learning together through different art forms. As a trustee, her aim is to support diverse communities served by Magic Me, by helping to bridge the gap to achieve connection and a level playing field for everyone.

What is your favourite Artform? My favourite art forms are my teenage daughter’s amazing creations; paintings, drawings, fashion revamps, footwear decorations and bedroom wall paintings and ceiling flowers and attachments!!
