To report a safeguarding concern please use this form which will be sent to our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Deputy DSL.
To report a low level safeguarding concern please use this form which will also be sent to both the DSL and Deputy DSL. A low-level concern is any behaviour by a staff member, volunteer or partner that does not meet the threshold for a safeguarding referral but may indicate a safeguarding risk in the future. Further details can be found in both of the above policies.
