ABOUT THE ROLE
We are recruiting a Director of Finance & Operations to help shape and deliver the organization’s strategy and vision, and be chief steward of Magic Me’s overall organizational health.
You will be responsible for Magic Me’s financial, HR and operational systems. Your work will enable our team of staff and artists to design and deliver high-quality, innovative artistic programmes to an intergenerational community across the UK.
Salary: £38,000 full-time, 35 hours per week
Candidates will have a strong understanding of charity finance and accounting, an eye for detail, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to develop and optimise current systems.
You will have experience across HR functions, excellent communication skills, good project management expertise and hold a genuine commitment to inclusion.
