A new intergenerational arts event that connected young adult locals with care home neighbours through creative making, conversation and community spirit! Artists' Residencies in Care Homes Essex Four cutting edge arts organisations: Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures, Fevered Sleep, Gecko and curious directive, are paired with four care homes in Essex run by Excelcare UK. The project is funded by Paul Hamlyn Foundation. Cocktails in Care Homes Evenings in care homes can be quiet and lonely, so every week Magic Me volunteers host cocktail parties - an occasion for volunteers and residents to socialise together. Your support will help us run more parties in more homes.
