Kathy Horak-Hallett


Kathy Horak-Hallett is a mixed-media artist, working with puppetry, animation, print, and textile. After graduating from Sussex University with a BA in English Literature, Kathy helped set up the artist collective Cardboard Cameras, which facilitated stop-motion animation workshops with children and young people. They collaborated to make a stop-motion with young asylum-seekers and the Red Cross, and were exhibited at the British Museum. She is currently studying for an MA in Arts and Learning at Goldsmiths University, and is developing her interest in the learning that happens through collaborative making and imagination.
